You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Flow Wall® within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the product (not including the original shipping fee) less a 15% restocking fee. The Flow Wall product must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation to receive the allowable refund. You will be required to pay the cost of return shipping to Flow Wall. The return freight fee along with the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount credited to your bank account.Items must be returned in their original shipping box along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items must be available for pickup in the same manner as they were delivered.
Unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly by Flow Wall, you are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Flow Wall warrants that all products will be free from defects in the material or workmanship to the original consumer purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a component is determined to be defective, within the terms of the warranty, Flow Wall will furnish a replacement component at no cost. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects or damage that result from intentional or accidental damage, weather or weather related conditions, negligence, or unreasonable use.

In general, orders under 100 lbs. will be shipped via UPS ground. All larger orders will be shipped LTL, with an appointment scheduled by the freight company. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days; however, during peak spring and summer months, this may increase. Currently, we ship within the Continental United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or any locations outside of the Continental United States at this time.
