RETURNS POLICY - You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Flow Wall® within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the product (not including the original shipping fee) less a 15% restocking fee. The Flow Wall product must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation to receive the allowable refund. You will be required to pay the cost of return shipping to Flow Wall. The return freight fee along with the 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the amount credited to your bank account.

2. TERMS OF USE - Flow Wall is a division of Red Star Traders, LLC dba RST, LLC and/or RST Brands. The material contained in this web site has been checked for accuracy; however, all material is provided without any express or implied warranties. Neither Flow Wall nor its parent company RST, LLC (nor its affiliates) assumes responsibility for any errors or omissions in the material. 14. PRICING AND ERRORS. At RST Brands and Flow Wall, we value our customers’ experience and strive to ensure the highest degree of accuracy for our product listings. However, from time to time, we do make mistakes. If such mistakes are identified before an order has been fully processed and shipped, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer is welcome to reorder once typographical errors or inaccuracies have been corrected, but is under no obligation to do so if the corrections do not meet their needs.

15. PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS. Promotional offers advertised by Flow Wall [the Company] or its affiliates are subject the terms and conditions herein: Coupons may not be combined with any other promotional pricing or discounts unless otherwise noted. Only one coupon may be used per order, and, as such, discounts so not apply to applicable taxes. Promotions and discounts do not apply to purchases made prior to the promotion start date. Promotions begin 12:01 AM Mountain Standard Time and expires no later than four calendar days from start date, unless otherwise advertised by the Company. Inventory is limited for all items, and purchase(s) are subject to availability. Promotions and coupon codes are only available for use on the Company website and are not valid for transactions on third-party websites. All prices are subject to change. Company reserves the right to cancel any orders at its discretion.
